Position Description:

Responsibilities:
** Gathering required documents for existing and new clients for identification and verification purposes
** Assisting in account opening and on-boarding of Individual, Legal entity clients and Counteragents
** Answering and following up on clients` queries
** Effectively engaging with clients and identifying needs to enhance the client relationship
** Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline is preferable
** Prior experience in working with Legal Entity, Individual client, Counteragents documentation, information update and account management is appreciated
** Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in call center unit
** Exceptional listening and communication skills
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian, Russian and English
** Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
